At Nexaura, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns: You can return items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable items: Sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
